Throughout the process of building most anything, owners typically just pay the bills. We believe in working with our owners and not only just for them. Therefore, we keep you constantly informed of progress, decisions to make, temporary obstacles along the way, delays and victories (unless requested otherwise). We have learned that open communication makes the relationship strong and the building process easier.

Pacific Crest Custom Builders began as a licensed sole proprietorship in 1999 with Charles Tibbits being the owner. Mr. Tibbits served in the construction trades since 1987, yet his prior occupations were U.S. Forest Service Ranger, Paramedic, and Retail General Manager. He is a graduate from U.C. Davis and Stanford. On the side he works with youth in his wilderness training school, Mountain Education, and is presently building a website database to revolutionize how the public finds and selects reputable contractors.
